Amazon Music for Artists is building scalable solutions for artists which include self-service tools to provide data and insights, promote their brand, and grow their non-streaming revenue.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing product focused growth strategies, working closely with a wide, cross-functional group of product, UX research, design, marketing and business teams. You must be comfortable working in a high-growth startup within a larger organization - willing to wear many hats, roll up your sleeves and get the job done. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the marketing funnel and knows how to optimize it for each stage. They also have strong personal organization and project management skills. An understanding of the music ecosystem - the value chain, the key players, what motivates them, and how they operate, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop GTM plans for key product releases, including marketing goals, target users, messaging, creative briefs, etc.
· Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand music marketers' needs and the competitive landscape.
· Own and drive a holistic product and communication strategy around a dedicated product area in collaboration with the rest of the Product Marketing team.
· Use analytical insights to drive actionable and informed marketing strategies that will help increase our team’s effectiveness towards goals
· Collaborate with our Music Industry organization to educate artists and their teams on how to best use the product

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· 7+ years of experience in strategic/product marketing role within in the digital media industry or for a tech company
· Strategic marketing experience, including development of propositions, user insight, market positioning, competitor analysis, distribution strategies etc.
· Strong analytical/growth marketing skills, including feature introduction, onboarding and conversion optimisation, using quantitative and qualitative user data.
· Experience developing and executing outstanding creative marketing campaigns launching or showcasing new products.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you’ll be working with several internal teams to bring your plans to life across a global organization).

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA with relevant business experience
· Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
