We are looking for an analytical and creative Senior Product Manager to lead the Advertising insights product. Our ads platform currently supports a near billion dollar advertising business and your team will be responsible for building insights that powers the end to end campaign lifecycle of our advertisers from Media planning to campaign execution. 
We at Spotify are building the next generation advertising platform for audio which can scale the freemium experience for hundreds of millions of users and tens of thousands of advertisers - this massive scale brings unique challenges as well as tremendous opportunities to define the insights product for our business. 

What you'll do

  • As the product lead for Commercial Insights, you will build, manage and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap for delivering insights for our advertiser’s campaign lifecycle. These include surfacing listener insights allowing storytelling for their brand, media planning for executing campaigns and post-campaign insights to improve future campaigns. 
  • You will drive execution in collaboration with your Product Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Design peers
  • You will collaborate with business development, sales and other cross-functional teams in  building data products to support our largest customers.

Who you are

  • 4+ years experience in product management roles building and launching successful online products
  • Besides being extremely analytical, you have a love for data and can extract stories from data sets. Your creativity leads you to build tools for users to explore data and discover insights. 
  • You have experience building and managing online advertising products. Bonus points for building measurement/data analytics products. 
  • You have a track record of success managing the whole product lifecycle from ideation, vision, roadmap, specifications to release, analysis and iteration. 
  • You believe in defining success metrics and KPIs for product development and tracking performance.
  • You have strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
  • You are a great collaborator, with an ability to lead in cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and business leads. 
  • You have strong written and oral communications skills
