Position IntroductionAs part of our marketing team, you will focus on helping build a best in class paid acquisition program helping StraighterLine acquire new students. You will be part of a marketing organization that helps drive StraighterLine’s enrollment growth and you'll be able to immediately see the impact of your work.  This position is open for US-based remote work.


  • Define channel strategy for paid acquisition to grow enrollments in StraighterLine courses
  • Develop and manage content marketing campaign reaching an audience of higher education and corporate learning influencers 
  • Use expertise in performance marketing, SEM, and paid social to set up campaigns and manage day to operations and optimization
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, blogs, and other content to attract new students
  • Execute thoughtfully planned A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Develop Cost Per Interaction and Cost Per Acquisition benchmarks and targets. Effectively tie those back to other business driving KPIs.
  • Use analysis and advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills to understand and improve ROI


  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing 
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or higher education is nice to have
  • Understanding of both Ad & Site tagging/pixel implementation and measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Math, Econ, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or Computer Science is helpful
This position is salaried, full-time, and with the possibility to be remote.
