You'll be crucial in delivering omnichannel payments experience, which becomes a foundation for our strategic platform across all channels and geographies supporting a fast, frictionless, and cost-effective purchase experience.

What you'll do

  • Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary
  • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals
  • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices in order to support new features and functionalities
  • Develop supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations
  • Respond to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications
  • Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - ideation, impact analysis, solution design, implementation and post-implementation activities
  • With complete independence, write and approve user stories as part of an Agile project framework
  • Work with engineering teams in order to deliver value to the company via product development flows and deliverables

Who you are

  • Knowledgeable on fintech solutions and purchase flows (highly desired, marketplace and platform are a plus)
  • Able to think globally/strategically and frame new and complex issues
  • A professional with solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships
  • Passionate about developing customer-centric products
  • Technology enthusiast, with a strong detail orientation
  • A professional with proven experience in working with cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development
  • Very good communicator with a negotiation talent
  • A professional with excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
