ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Monetization product manager for Demand Generation, you will oversee the product strategy and execution to drive student, instructor, and enterprise product initiatives globally. Your mission will be to  drive pricing and new monetization initiatives, a critical function of the business. Success requires a passion for building great products and enthusiasm for leading high performing teams, working in partnership with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and internal stakeholders in an Agile & Lean product delivery environment while leading the creation and enhancement of capabilities through the entire product lifecycle – from strategic planning through tactical execution and post-launch measurements. We are seeking a combination of strong vision, strategic leverage, team leadership, and high-velocity execution.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution for new and existing monetization products such as Gift Cards, Credits, Coupons and more
  • Support ongoing execution of global pricing initiatives, including launching new pricing strategies, revenue share changes, etc. You will serve as the expert for these new projects, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and managing the continued execution for these projects
  • Build platforms and services to deliver these products with your engineering, design, and data science partners across a number of marketing stakeholders
  • Lead experiments and validate hypotheses
  • Collaborate with multiple engineering teams across San Francisco & Ankara, Turkey
  • Create a strategy and roadmap that consolidates use cases from students, instructors, enterprises, and internal users
  • Leverage your understanding of our customers to propose new monetization products
  • Identify the highest impact work, prioritize that work, and deliver improvements in a measurable way
  • Define, monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs, incorporate learnings into product definition and development processBuild an in-depth understanding of our B2B and B2C customers, internal users, integrations, systems, API’s, marketing tools, and channels
