Today, Pinners may go from inspiration to action on Pinterest, but they can’t always find, evaluate and buy the products that they discover in order to bring their ideas to life. Product catalogs provided by merchants are a critical source of organized product inventory as well as inspirational scene-based content, the combination of which will help us build unique shopping experiences that drive higher engagement and higher relevance for Pinners. 

As the Product Manager for the Shopping Partner Experience Product team, you will build new features and tools that will provide a world-class experience for our merchants and advertisers to organize and promote their product inventory at scale. This inspiring, shoppable content will be used to create differentiated shopping experiences to ensure the right products get shown to Pinners at the right place and time in their shopping journey. This work will be critical in helping hundreds of millions of people buy products to create a life they truly love.

What you'll do:

  • Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution for the Shopping Partner Experience Product team, a key pillar of the shopping strategy at Pinterest
  • Define a roadmap that delivers value to merchants by helping them manage and promote their product inventory on Pinterest 
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, data analytics, product marketing and research teams to find opportunities and build products that accelerate our revenue growth
  • Collaborate across Product teams to share best practices, drive alignment and resolve dependencies for your team’s projects
  • Use qualitative research and data analysis to communicate product vision and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of product management or related experience at fast growing companies with bonus points if you have a year or more experience at a B2B or e-commerce company
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong analytic abilities with experience creating SQL queries from scratch
  • Great business judgement, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills with experience giving strategic presentations
