The People Tech organization seeks a Senior PM, Product Management to deliver ongoing international deployment of time solutions. Time and Attendance (TAA) serves Amazon employees across more than a dozen business lines in 24 countries. We are an entrepreneurial team tackling complex problems that Amazon has not yet solved at scale and creating improved ways for employees to record time and reduce pay defects. In developing a suite of solutions (including self-service hardware and software solutions) that can be configured flexibly and quickly to support Amazon’s high-growth populations, TAA has a balance of start-up vision and operational excellence, technical complexity and clear product definition, and global scope across almost every Amazon business line.

The Senior PM, Product Management will lead a large team responsible for creating, refining, and driving a global project roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide. They will implement projects and own programs aligned to businesses. The leader in this role will take the requirements and deliver the right solutions working across technical and business teams. They will accelerate progress by building predictable schedules, driving timely decisions, clearing roadblocks and escalating when appropriate.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· 2 or more years’ experience in Project and Program Management delivering technical solutions to meet customer expectations.
· Experience working with and influencing stakeholders
· Demonstrated skills in capturing business requirements, launching projects, and conducting customer research.
· Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects
· Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
· Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules, and employing effective risk management to large programs
· Must demonstrate fluency in English language both written and verbal.
· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
· Bachelor's degree in a technical and business management related field

Preferred Qualifications

· 10+ years in product management
· 5+ years leading high-performing product management teams
· Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an extreme attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders successfully without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
· Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members
· Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required and ambiguity is constant
