Your mission @Aircall

  • Be responsible for the Aircall backend services that deliver augmentation of phone calls and messages p
  • Provide the user identity and access management, analytics and support data to help our customers to improve their productivity
  • Own the product strategy, manage the Core API roadmap and help the team to define the best KPI
  • Research, understand and draw insights on customer needs and pain points
  • Study competitors’ services and product
  • Lead the gathering of insights and knowledge about best technical practices happening out there and innovations we should look after or test
  • Think end-to-end on all aspects of a use case and clearly define the customer benefit to ensure both tight coordination across all stakeholders and that the offering delivers customer value
  • Work with development leads and architects  to develop and ship game changing features in line with your roadmap
  • Be the subject matter expert of the API product, deeply understand its technical specifications and benefits, and effectively communicate those benefits to other teams
  • Analyze and share frequent feedback after providing new features in production and explore new ways of improving existing services and products
  • Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, support and development teams

A little more about you:

  • 5+ years Product Management experience in working with APIs and technical products (knowledge of REST, JSON or similar)
  • Analytical thinking and a high level of comprehension of technical topics
  • Strong communication skills, able to partner across organizational boundaries to deliver business results in a product ecosystem environment
  • Data oriented, eager to try new approaches and fail fast
  • Proven track record of designing and building out systems in an experiment-driven, data-informed environment that enables the co-creation of value by ultimately serving end customers
  • Exceptional project management skills; ability to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines while delivering projects that align to the business strategy
