We are seeking a highly dynamic, analytical, and collaborative Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing to join our Marketing team. 
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with the Lifecycle and Brand teams, you’ll build and execute strategies to drive subscriber growth and retention for Scribd.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an inquisitive, data-obsessed self-starter to build a growth marketing program from the ground up!

You Will:

  • Lead Scribd’s performance marketing efforts, focused on acquiring, converting and retaining Scribd users/subscribers through paid channels
  • Manage agencies, and build out our paid marketing strategy and capabilities, ensuring we have the right tools, tracking, and setup in place for anything from light media testing to more robust campaigns
  • Partner with our Lifecycle and Engagement teams to leverage email, push, and in-app channels to activate, engage, convert & retain users
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
  • Partner with Acquisition and SEO teams to identify opportunities to amplify existing efforts, and better convert organic audience
  • Own modeling, tracking & measurement of paid KPIs 

You Have:

  • 6+ years relevant professional experience in growth marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition and retention, preferably within a digital/subscription business
  • You are comfortable ideating and executing new-user acquisition initiatives and wearing many hats 
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns across search, social, display, affiliate, and DR offline channels 
  • Deeply curious, analytically minded
