Title: Technical Product Manager III

Worksite: Santa Clara, CA

Position Responsibilities:

Define products that deliver innovation in features, user engagement and user experience for Alexa Everywhere Products. Understand customer needs, market and competitive trends in different customer segments across geographies and industry segments; roadmap ownership and implementation; and drive go-to-market efforts to increase customer adoption and usage. Develop detailed crisp business requirements and user stories and deep dive on architecture and technical alignment. Manage prioritization and trade-offs. Define scope and processes needed to grow the business and work with other teams for alignment. Create buy-in for product amongst internal and external stakeholders. Work with UX, software engineering and other cross-functional teams like Finance, BI, Marketing on a daily basis to steer the product/feature development. Identify issues/bugs/ that will impair product teams ability to meet financial, business and product goals.

Basic Qualifications


Position Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: A/B Testing, using SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, and Apache/Hadoop to facilitate data-driven decision making; working with enterprise customers and consumer products focused on B2B and B2C engagement analytics; managing technical projects from design to release for large scale software applications with distributed systems architecture; using Agile product development and interactive prototyping; using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; analyzing and pulling large amounts of data; and writing complex SQL queries.
