On this role you will work directly with the Product Manager and development team. The Services team you join owns the part of the product that provides customers with valuable insights into areas of the product that give the users debugging possibilities and information on usage statistics and spending patterns. As a member of this team, you will be coordinating activities, ensuring all team projects are managed efficiently, and the success criteria are met.

What you get to do everyday:

  • Maintain Communication - Ongoing communication of planning, project statuses, issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Build and Maintain Reports - create report dashboards and metrics around team performance and project success KPIs.
  • Building & Maintaining Documentation - Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Validate Requirements - Ensure features being planned and delivered solve business requirements
  • Suggest Improvements - Analyze data, extract impactful insights and suggest process improvements for team performance, feature costs, operational inefficiencies and estimates.
  • Automate routine tasks and reporting - Identify, develop and install helpful automations that hook into the existing tools and communication channels.

What you bring to the role:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst, preferably in product companies. 
  • Excessive desire to grow and develop your skills as a Product manager. Some experience in Product Management will be a huge plus. 
  • Experience in working with analytics and data tools.
  • Knowledge of how to run a SQL query on your own.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures and time zones, ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and the ability to influence others to achieve results.
  • Passionate about quality and employing the most effective software development processes.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt to changing business situations.
  • Solid time management skills, acute attention to details.
  • Comfortable working in customer-facing roles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Upper-intermediate or higher English level. 
  • Project/Product management certifications a plus
