The role:We are looking for a Product Manager to join us in obsessing about transformational technology as part of our remote team in Brazil. You will work on one of our customer-facing squads, which is responsible at Loadsmart for developing solutions for shippers, by building a platform that leverages our carrier network and partnerships to create value. You will be responsible for prioritizing partnerships and integrations, defining your product's strategy and roadmap, supporting the design and engineering teams on the roadmap execution, and launching those products into the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand in great detail your customer's pain points, develop your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to better address those points, and generate value for the business.
  • Define product requirements in coordination with multiple stakeholders, oversee the design and engineering execution, and build and implement release plans, including overseeing QA.
  • Work closely with shippers and with our Sales teams to get first-hand feedback on the tools and success of our strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evolve the development process to increase the speed and quality of product development and deployment.
  • Above all, take ownership of Loadsmart’s strategies and products to support our shipper initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and feeling comfortable speaking with native English speakers on a daily basis.
  • 3+ years of digital product management experience. Proven success in managing products from beginning to end with almost no supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with numbers, skilled data manipulator.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and efficiently when dealing with different stakeholders in order to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
