Amazon is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Swedish-speaking Associate Product Manager with strong customer focus, attention to detail, can-do attitude and analytical skills to support Amazon's fast growing business. Over the 6 months, you will help execute and deliver on an excellent customer experience for our Swedish speaking customers by testing and raising the bar on the quality of customer-facing features on the website. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong bias for action, customer obsession and ability to deliver results in an ambiguous and fast-paced business environment, engaging with multiple teams and levels in the organization.


Primary responsibilities
· Improve the quality of the customer experience via testing and quality checks
· Troubleshoot and solve issues found in the customer experience, working with business and technical teams
· Identify and implement improvements and simplification of the testing process
· Analyse and draw insights from customer feedback, research, data and metrics
· Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, both business and technical teams, while meeting tight deadlines


Basic Qualifications


· Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal & written)
· Ability to learn new concepts, systems and tools quickly
· Demonstrated ability to deliver results of a high standard in a timely manner
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business related field
· Previous professional experience/ internship

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in business roles requiring data analysis, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook
· Familiarity with databases and SQL

This is a 6 month temporary position based in Stockholm, Sweden
