The Product: AWS Inferentia is a inference chip designed to deliver high performance at low cost. Making predictions using a trained model–a process called inference–can drive as much as 90% of the compute costs of the application. AWS Inferentia provides high throughput, low latency inference performance at an extremely low cost. Each chip provides hundreds of TOPS (tera operations per second) of inference throughput to allow complex models to make fast predictions.

The Team: Annapurna Labs is an Amazon company with development centers in the US and Israel. We are focused on high-performance datacenter solutions spanning Networking, Compute, Storage, and . Annapurna Labs creates custom SOCs that are used across AWS and is an innovation enabler for AWS infrastructure. We are creating complex products that are simple to understand, quick to get started on, and easy to scale. Our team is constantly defining new cloud-native applications and services based on best of breed silicon and software.

You: We’re seeking Product Managers who have a passion for developer-focused products, and who work hard for their customers. Product development in Annapurna is an opportunity to collaborate with engineering, design, and business development teams to grow cutting edge cloud services. You would be joining a core group of experienced professionals that are building and scaling products at Amazon. In your role as Inferentia's product manager, you will be in charge of the customer voice within our team, working closely with multiple internal teams on developing the ML eco-system and customer facing engagements. Your mission will be to ensure our customers find new cutting edge offerings pleasing and useful to achieve their aggressive business goals. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of AWS teams to architect, develop and deploy comprehensive AWS solutions on behalf of our customers.

As a member of the Annapurna team you’ll be responsible for the product management of integrated hardware and software customer-facing solutions and technologies for our data centers. You’ll dive deep on our technology and work closely with our internal teams, engage with leading developers and customers, and help support Annapurna's products scale to large deployments. We are looking for self-driven individuals who can collaborate with others, and that will continuously work to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you’ll work with thought leaders in multiple business and technology areas.

Basic Qualifications


· 5+ years of product management experience, and deep knowledge in full product life cycles, including technical specifications, development, go-to-market, pricing, customer facing presentations and collaboration with engineering and sales teams.
· Knowledge in full product life cycles, including technical specifications, development, go-to-market, pricing, customer facing activities and collaboration with engineering and sales teams.

· Solid knowledge in computer architecture fundamentals, and infrastructure engineering concepts

· Proven experience in delivering modern software products, preferably collaborative open-source project

Preferred Qualifications

· Have experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
· Proven experience developing products in cloud environments, especially around new services involving inter-diciplanery capabilities and knowledge
· Ability to define high-quality roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
· Familiarity with AWS services, and some knowledge in segments and frameworks
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
· Demonstrated skills in managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance and operational support
· Ability to work in a fast paced and agile work environment with demonstrated collaboration skills
· Strengths in driving through complexity, ambiguity, and unknowns in early-stage programs
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
