What you’ll do... 
• Assess core needs and prioritization of clients in implementing the Noteworth platform across web and mobile, often helping them sort through needs they had not clearly defined in advance.• Out of collaborative and consultative conversations with the Noteworth Sales team, the client and the executing Noteworth team, build a compelling and achievable product plan (clearly considered against budget, timeline and available talent and other resources).• Drive product development from conception to launch, using qualitative and quantitative metrics to calibrate progress and evaluate success against key metrics.• Develop, using internal and external analysis, product strategy and vision with clients towards the creation of specific clinician tools, and patient functionality.• Manage prioritization and communicate trade-offs across clinician experience, system performance and operational support load. • Resource needs after listening to the team, assessing bandwidth -- identify trade-offs, create structure from ambiguity.• Set product roadmap and technical specs for the clinician platform.• Create buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key external partners.• Distill business and user requirements to develop detailed, crisp user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture requirements.• Proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet technical or strategic goals. 
Who you are... 
• You have 4+ years of enterprise product management experience.• You have a track record of thoughtful, user-focused product insights and uncovering trends and optimization opportunities.• You are a tactician that can effectively represent their ideas persuasively among internal colleagues as well as clients.• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.• You have proven ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams.• You have proven leadership abilities to manage multiple initiatives across multiple platforms.• You are passionate about contributing to an empowering culture of learning, teaching and personal growth.• You are passionate about revolutionizing the healthcare experience.• You have proven track record of creating innovative solutions for consumers.  Noteworth is an equal opportunity employer.
