We are seeking innovative, results-oriented, “think-big” leader to lead our newly created Sales Strategy team in Sales Operations. This leader will be responsible for following:
· Partner with sales and finance leaders and support the development of OP1, OP2
· Serve as single threaded leader to define, and deploy Customer Segmentation Framework. Continuously monitor the application of customer segmentation framework and refine as needed.
· Partner with finance, sales and sales compensation team to define and deploy account coverage model annually (refine and/or revisit as needed).
· Serve as single threaded leader for account segmentation exercise which include account segmentation algorithm, assignment of accounts using algorithm, and manual adjustments as needed. This exercise is performed annually.
· Working with the Advertising Marketing and Analytics and Insights programs to develop overall Sales strategy. This will include Sales collateral that will help accelerate adoption of our advertising products as well as adopt a teaching strategy consistent with some of the principles described in “The Challenger Sale”.
· Think Big ideas to improve AE productivity such as what information AE need prior to pitch (such as analyst reports on a company, earning calls details, etc.), and how to make them easily available. Work with Sales tool leaders and OE leader to design the required solution.
· Develop and/or refine the mechanisms to share information between product and sales teams. Serve as a liaison.

A successful candidate will cut through noise, simplify and deliver results, and build great teams. A critical factor for this position’s success is the ability to manage deep levels of complexity, distill this into easily understood and actionable steps, and deliver results within an aggressive timeline. This leader must be great at communicating complex issues simply and to any audience. You will devise clear strategy, positioning and execution priorities and will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. This leader will be a pragmatic visionary who can identify opportunities and lead the team to translate them into workable, scalable technology solutions.

Basic Qualifications


· 7+ years relevant work experience in sales operations
· 7+ years of combined experience in program management, product management, systems and solution design/analysis strategy, and other related roles
· 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

· 15+ years relevant work experience in sales operations
· 15+ years of combined experience in program management, product management, systems and solution design/analysis strategy, and other related roles
· 10+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
