You'll be crucial in delivering product catalogue management capabilities that will allow our partners to brilliantly manage their growing curated catalogues with reduced time to market. It's an exciting moment at Farfetch where our extensive catalog is a key success factor and will continue to evolve to deliver even more self-service, automation and resilient capabilities to our stakeholders and support our business growth.

What you'll do

  • Work on an ambitious vision for this product area, working collaboratively with stakeholders on an on-going basis
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build a joint understanding of the product plans ahead, create business cases and maximize your team’s impact
  • Lead, support and coach product managers in the team, reinforcing impact-driven and customer-centric values within the team
  • Challenge all members of the wider team (engineering as well) to think boldly, creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans
  • Distil insights and feedback from several sources such as analytics to help your team translating them into product evolution and an actionable backlog
  • Lead the area to have a strong focus on product quality and use of qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform product development strategy

Who you are

  • A leader with strong framing ability, executive presence and ability to motivate teams around a common goal
  • A professional with previous experience leading teams in complex and fast paced environments
  • Able to think globally/strategically and frame new and complex challenges
  • A professional with solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships
  • A professional with Product Management experience involving large-scale systems
  • Experienced in using data to inform key decisions, which includes analyzing usage patterns to drive prioritization and adopting a test and learn approach to build product and inform product direction
  • A professional with excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Able to own product vision and drive the strategy behind that vision based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment 
  • Able to understand what needs to be built on the platform level to enable the customer experience that has to be delivered to the client
  • A professional with excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • A professional with good attention to detail that can manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously as well as synthesize complex and/or ambiguous information quickly and effectively
  • Knowledgeable of product information management systems or marketplaces is a plus
