Amazon is looking for a talented, driven and highly analytical Product Manager. You will join a high-powered, fun & collaborative work environment on the private brands team where you will help build and scale our private brands business.

You will own management of the private brands partner catalog in our stores, working closely with strategic Amazon teams. You will work with a variety of Amazon tools to seek ways to automate and scale the way we do business with our category team. You will also build strong partnerships with product managers, category, merchandising and operations teams to drive toward common goals and standardize our processes.

To succeed in the role, you must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and will need to encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development. It is an excellent opportunity to drive innovation in a nascent business.

Basic Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in program management or product management
· Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
· Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
· Advanced Excel skills
· Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
· Ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
· Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models
· Strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, statistical software and Python
· Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
· Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems Management
