Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world leader in providing a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud powering hundreds of thousands of businesses in hundreds of countries around the world.

We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to own the innovation space of the infrastructure expansion initiatives within our growing data center infrastructure portfolio. You will work across functional and technical teams to drive global innovation supply products through concept, feasibility, requirements, budget, design, planning, implementation, testing and deployment. you will also be driving the current AWS supply tech tools product roadmap to consume the innovation planning inputs for optimization and decision making. You will also own the program management of the supply products including metric creation and cross-stakeholder communication.

Stakeholders include real estate, business development, power and utilities procurement, infrastructure technical program management, design engineering, Analytic teams, Cluster planners and data center control systems.

The ideal candidate:
· Has 7-10+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management
· Is fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
· Has experience working in a complex engineering environment and will have worked as a technical project manager on increasingly complex projects.
· Has experience in data center technologies like Construction, Mechanical & Electrical systems, cable plant, server, or networking, as well as familiarity with data center automation tools.
· Has strong judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to influence without authority, analytical talent and leadership
· Can thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
· Is excited about the incredible opportunity cloud computing represents and is passionate about delivering complex infrastructure in a hyper-growth environment where priorities can shift rapidly. .
· Is an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally
· Is familiar with one or more AWS products

Basic Qualifications


· Bachelors degree in statistics, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of capacity planning, production planning, operations planning, or inventory planning experience.
· Experience with process improvement, systems development, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s Degree or advanced professional certifications
· Experience in management of complex, high value technology infrastructure projects
· Tech/Analytical tools Product Management experience
· Good understanding of data center technologies
· Familiarity with the AWS product suite
· Experience of working with teams across multiple locations
· Experience working in an international projects environment
· Exceptional Analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills
· Well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure
· Experience with Tableau, SQL and systems integration a plus
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
