As part of this role, you will
· Set the worldwide customer engagement vision, product strategy, and engineering roadmap for broadening and scaling the use of Alexa Deals and Incentives to drive feature discovery and habit creation for high velocity (e.g., Prime Day) and seasonal events (e.g., Mother's Day).
· Make this vision a reality in partnership with UX, engineering and internal partner teams.
· Drive positive business outcomes for voice shopping including aggressively growing our acquisition rate, retaining existing customers, and engaging new ones.
· Inspire customers by consistently raising the bar on what it means to have the best voice shopping experience in the world.
· Define the feature sets, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for your experiences.
· Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.
· Make decisions around build versus buy to optimize around time-to-market.
· Create buy-in for your functional area vision both internally and with key external partners.
· Provide mentorship and best practices to the broader Product Management organization. Lead the organization through change, evolution, and sustained growth.
With the business growing this rapidly, this leader will not have the luxury of having tunnel-vision for any one area; rather, this individual will need to exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing on existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· MBA or a minimum of 5 years software/technology product management experience.
· Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with engineers and executives.
· Demonstrated ability to both focus on the key inputs for the business and deliver them with high quality in a timely fashion.
· A strong eye for designing elegant customer experiences and improving product usability

Preferred Qualifications

· BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
· Prior product management experience with online technologies, web services, and user interface design.
· Prior experience of envisioning and building products for enterprise customers.
· Comfortable with Excel, basic SQL and conducting metrics/statistical analysis.
