Your role: 

As a Working Student in our UX Research team, you will help us take our products to the next level in usability, utility and design. Working with our User Research and UX team, you will contribute to driving valuable experiences for our customers. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with UX Researchers to conduct user research and usability testing
  • Synthesize user research to produce easy-to-understand artifacts for non-researchers
  • Be the voice of the user
  • Understand and act as an advocate for user-centered design processes 
  • Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design
  • Work cross functionally with product and tech teams 

 

What you bring: 

  • Student of one of the following fields (or related): Psychology, Anthropology, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
  • Knowledge in planning qualitative studies, conducting the research and analyzing the results 
  • Knowledge in planning quantitative studies, data analysis 
  • A user-centered, data informed, and agile design mindset 
  • Fluent in English, clear communicator, strong writer
