Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Boston

At Snyk we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness and conversions of our freemium product within the developer community. This is a perfect role for a performance marketer who wants to take on the creative challenge of developer-first marketing. 

In this role, you’ll take a data-driven approach to developing creative campaigns to drive top of funnel growth alongside our Developer Relations team, leveraging great content, speakers, events and social programs. You will own the goal for top of funnel user acquisition and as part of that responsibility, you will execute on programs such as:  

 

  • Analyzing user behavior and conversion data to identify our best potential users and leverage this data to better target and engage with them.
  • Partnering with our developer relations team to amplify the reach of our developer-focused content, programs and free offer.  
  • Working alongside our digital marketing team to craft and execute paid media campaigns to drive awareness and conversions from our target audiences. 
  • Leveraging user insights to rapidly design and execute experiments that optimize the user experience.
  • Designing webinar and other content series around security best practices for specific developer communities.
  • Creating fun and engaging campaigns using our Growth stack (Marketo, Segment, Intercom, Optimize etc.) to get developers to fix major vulnerabilities in their code. 

You should apply if you:

  • Have 2-3+ years of experience in acquisition, product, technical writing or content marketing
  • Have an analytical, data driven mindset
  • Experience marketing to software development communities
  • Are a focused self-starter who loves taking on complex challenges to help the team achieve big goals 
  • Have a desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment where you can make big things happen by turning thoughts into action 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and general knowledge of SEO
