 Primary Purpose
Our customers are very important to us.  Keeping customers happy and building enduring emotional bonds with them is critical for our business and our brand.  We are seeking an awesome individual to join our Marketing Technology team to drive core CRM products. This role will focus on evolving our core e-mail capabilities with our business and engineering teams while utilizing both in-house and 3rd party technologies. 
We are looking for someone who likes to understand how systems work and wants to become the domain expert to whom others turn.  This role will also have responsibility for defining and documenting product requirements and working closely with other PMs, front end, backend, and data engineering developers, and QA engineers in an agile development environment to ensure we ship features that enable our business customers and drive users to our site.  We are looking for a smart, savvy technologist who loves data, CRM, and sports.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities•Work with our technology and data teams to understand platform capabilities and operations; learn how the platforms work and be the expert on the team who helps us get the most out of available capabilities•Help define product vision and roadmap for all of our CRM platforms.•Define and document features and communicate product requirements in ways that make sense in the context of an agile process (written, visual, direct conversation) in sufficient detail to allow developers to execute effectively•Monitor and understand the development lifecycle – know where your products are in development at all times and manage blockers and dependencies•Be an expert with respect to CRM technologies, industry strategy and execution standards, and our competitors•Be the product owner for backend CRM data, reports, predictive models, email services/platform, and internal CRM tooling for the business operators. •Support the day-to-day operations in the development team in the India satellite office•Have a flexible schedule with the ability to overlap with US Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to help answer questions from stakeholders in our headquarters in Florida, US•Understand product requirements from stakeholder across the company (e.g. business team and other product teams), integrate requirements into the product roadmap and provide accurate timelines and status back to stakeholders•Provide product leadership in the India office representing product management best practices and being the voice of our stakeholders on CRM products
Education & Experience Requirements•Computer Science, or related degree; Masters preferred with least 5+years relevant product management experience •Experience in CRM and Email marketing is mandatory•Experience defining and shipping great features and products•Experience documenting technical product requirements•Experience using analytics and data to make product decisions•Proficiency in SQL        •Agile/Scrum experience•Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills•Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills•Ability to work across an organization effectively•Excellent teamwork skills•Passion for technology•Great attention to detail and vigilance for following through on your work•Sense of humor, willingness to laugh at danger and an appreciation of the ironic are all pluses•Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience is a huge plus!Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
