Own Privacy Practices, Implementation Guidelines and Compliance for UiPath Products

This is what you will be doing at UiPath

  • Build a privacy roadmap for UiPath products that’s buried in the reality of our go to market dependencies and delivery model. A roadmap that is aligned with our business model, is prioritized by customer demand, and has key success metrics attached to them that can be measured.
  • Mitigate privacy and compliance risks throughout UiPath product suite by ensuring dependencies are handled appropriately. Facilitate and conduct real-world testing on privacy features and compliance scenarios that help UiPath reduce privacy compliance risk.
  • Be the primary interface with external stakeholders in the space of privacy for any external audits, certifications or internal self-attestations related to UiPath products
  • Deliver end-user features and compliance scenarios:
  • Build specifications for privacy features and work UX & Product Management teams to build end user as well as audit/proof generation experiences around them
  • Work closely with engineering team to drive the execution and delivery of privacy features that serve the end-user of products as well as an external auditor or certifying body.
  • Evangelize privacy across UiPath products:
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert for privacy at UiPath
  • Articulate and share privacy guidelines and implementation requirements with various product teams in UiPath.
  • Create relevant collateral including presentations, white papers and documents to demonstrate commitment to customers and partner ecosystem

Things that you'll bring to UiPath

  • Proven track record (10+ years experience) in the standards, compliance and certifications space relative to privacy, delivering product features, standalone tools, training and customer facing documentation as part of a large scale commercial application or service
  • Strong understanding and evidence of deliverables in the following areas
  • + GDPR
  • + CCPA
  • + Privacy Shield
  • + Privacy Principles in SOC2
  • + HIPPA
  • Good understanding of region and industry specific requirements
  • Good understanding of data security principles and enterprise security requirements
  • Good understanding of third party vendors and their integration requirements in the areas mentioned above
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory concerns in cloud native applications and architectures built on Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Stellar teamwork and collaboration skills. Proven track record of effectively working with remote teams
  • Proven ability to wear multiple hats, prioritize, not get stuck, and adapt in an environment that’s growing and changing fast

  • Prior experience with managing privacy concerns in a SaaS solution
  • Past experience as an auditor in privacy space
