Your role: 

As Head of Product Operations, you will be part of our growing Product Department based in Berlin and work closely with several teams such as Development, Marketing and Sales. You’ll be responsible for quarterly planning, yearly vision and strategy alignment, setting OKRs, measuring cross-team performance and driving product adoption. Your goal is to drive product strategy and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to define and deliver on the next phase of the Adjust App Marketing Cloud. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Structure operations processes for a multi-product organization, driving operational efficiency, transparency, accountability and growth
  • Lead planning, budgeting, project reviews, and talent planning
  • Develop the analytical frameworks and operating models for a large organization
  • Engage and solicit input from partners across Adjust
  • Help drive a culture of user-centricity
  • Establish clear goals for the product department and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Drive team performance to deliver results 

 

What you bring: 

  • 5+ years of working experience in product operations, product management, program management or similar role in a tech organization
  • Ideally 2+ years of direct people management experience in a highly agile and product/project based environment
  • Ability to drive large cross-functional efforts across the finish line and ensure client adoption
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies along with business acumen to strategically align development with revenue
  • Experience running horizontal teams that support product groups such as: Product Management, Marketing, Sales, User Experience, Support, or Strategic Planning
  • Experience setting up and running business reports, KPIs and OKRs for multi-product teams
  • Keen understanding of business effectiveness and revenue opportunities
  • Track record of bringing new products and technologies to market
  • Strong program management with a user-centric, global approach
  • Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Salesforce, Trello, other Task Management tools
  • Collaborative and self-motivated, with effective verbal and written communication skills in English
