The Role:
The Navigation team builds convenient, simple, and personalized tools and experiences that help members with a broad range of needs they encounter across their healthcare experience. From understanding insurance plans and coverage, to managing appointments and medications, to understanding claims and getting help with bills, we take what is painful and disconnected about healthcare, and turn it into a seamless and empowering experience that makes it easier for our members to make good decisions and get the best possible care.
As a Senior Product Manager you'll be responsible for a significant portion of our Navigation product suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap to make the most frequent and painful healthcare experiences easier
  • Deeply understand the needs of members and customers, and lead the team to deliver extraordinary solutions
  • Define the frameworks and metrics through which you will measure success, and monitor and analyze those metrics to track progress and inform prioritization
  • Partner with clinicians, user research, data science, and customer success to identify and prioritize initiatives that make our products market competitive, member-preferred, and maximally impactful
  • Identify and drive integrations with 3rd-party data, APIs and services that can create more seamless and valuable member experiences
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle - from conception, specification, development, acceptance testing, and release - and be prepared to lead rituals inside of that development cycle, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience building consumer/mobile products
  • Exceptional user-centric product and design sense
  • Vision: you’ve created and rallied support around strategies that shaped the direction of your products 
  • Results: a track record of delivering product experiences that users love and that create business impact
  • Execution: ability to break down complex problems and iteratively ship and deliver value
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort analyzing and applying data to inform decisions
  • Experience working on big problems with high ambiguity
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to adapt to changing context
  • Strong written and  verbal communication
  • Passion for changing how people experience healthcare
