The Role
Veeva China SFA is a world-class CRM solution for life sciences in the Chinese market. This product manager role is a critical position in China SFA responsible for delivering innovative products to customers and help customers to succeed in their domain. As an ideal candidate, you will have strong skills in managing products throughout its lifecycle, with a deep thinking mind and excellent communication skills. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that support Veeva’s overall vision and strategy.  

What You'll Do

  • Closely work with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points, provide the best possible solution by weighing product value, cost, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Based on market trends, customer needs, and development capacity, define and prioritize product roadmap. Collaborate with other roles like sales, engineering, services, and support team to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.
  • Design easy-to-use, flexible, and scalable product features and clearly communicate the design to the engineering team. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to get the features implemented with speed and quality. 
  • Work with the CSM team to ensure successful product adoption. Continuously enhance products based on customer’s actual usage and feedback.
  • Work with the solution team on demo scenarios design and demo environment configuration.


  • Experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop product roadmaps.
  • Experience in feature design, writing detailed user stories, and managing a story backlogs.
  • Track record of effectively collaborating with the engineering team to define, design, and deliver products.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CRM or other enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in mobile application design.
  • Business knowledge in the life science industry.
