About the RoleAs a Growth Marketing Manager for Influenster, you will focus on acquiring and retaining members in key EMEA markets, including the UK, France, and Germany. You will bring local market insights and global strategy to a cross-functional team, including content marketing, social media, community programs, influencer marketing, paid acquisition, and member comms and support. Reporting in to our US-based User Marketing org, you will be responsible for developing and executing market-specific engagement strategies and scalable programs to boost user growth and content acquisition. This is a new role created at a key time in bringing Bazaarvoice, Influenster, and Curalate together, leading to tremendous growth opportunities for high performers. Successful candidates will leverage their market knowledge, subject area expertise, and excellent project management skills to create a best-in-class experience for our members.  

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as regional expert as it relates to acquisition strategies, platforms, and partners in key EMEA markets, including any overall or market-specific trends
  • Design and activate localized member acquisition and retention strategies in key EMEA markets.
  • Design and implement effective outreach programs to engage current members and reconnect with lapsed creators, leveraging on-site content, social media, email, video, and paid channels.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and data trends/insights across channels for sales programs, product improvements, and content development.
  • Contribute to a cross-functional team tasked with creating meaningful and quality experiences that retain and engage our users. 
  • Be a strong member advocate, balancing the needs of the community with those of the business.
  • Provide culturally-relevant guidance and recommendations for social media, email, and community management strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally on new market launches, including translation/localization, content development, and acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of building and scaling customer acquisition, engagement and/or user retention programs.
  • Deep familiarity with and work experience within the UK, France, and/or Germany, specifically as it relates to acquisition platforms and tactics
  • Comfortable diving into data to produce informed strategic recommendations and insights (Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Domo, and Mixpanel preferred).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to evaluate, optimize, and drive improvements to processes and programs through to completion.
  • A passionate and empathetic approach to supporting users and/or community members.
  • Working knowledge of paid customer/user acquisition platforms and processes, including ad technology. 
  • Knowledge of the EMEA app acquisition market is a plus
  • Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude; Willing to “get in the weeds”
  • Fluency in English required, fluency in a second language preferred.
