What You’ll Do

  • Define product roadmap and manage product management processes for Lab Monitoring application; take ownership of areas in Enterprise Data Integration Platform such as API integration, Management Console, Data Pipelines developer experiences and other data engineering modules.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, delivery engineers, sales and the market
  • Conduct product level verification and market testing of new features
  • Accountable as product owner to collaborate closely with engineer teams, scientists and delivery engineers to fuel rapid product development
  • Coordinate the development, testing and release of the product with internal stakeholders
  • Work with Product Marketing for the positioning and pricing of the product for the market
  • Champion release rollout, provide documentation and webinar to ensure customer adoption
  • Will be dealing with wide varieties of applications, including AWS services, Nodejs, Python, Docker, data science applications (e.g. Jupyter Notebook, Spotfire, Tableau) and Life Science Electronic Lab Notebooks

  • Absolute customer-centric mindset and meticulous on details
  • Excellent communicator to build alignment with sales, marketing, and engineering stakeholders
  • Capable of having the CEO mentality to make data-driven product decisions
  • A passion for product management and high curiosity in new technologies
  • Minimum 3+ years’ product management experience in enterprise SaaS market
  • Recent experience in leading a product with responsibility for ideation, development and product definition for data technologies, preferably in the area of integration
  • Experience in managing and participating in cross-functional teams including UX, software development, QA engineers, and marketing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence key stakeholders
  • Technical experience in software engineering, web development, REST APIs, database query and Windows/Linux OS is a plus
  • Proficient with AWS and Cloud infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s Degree. Experience with lab instruments and Life Science is preferred
