As a Senior Product Manager, Risk Management, you will strengthen and expand our suite of applications for supply base management. These capabilities empower Coupa’s customers to better collect information, manage performance and monitor the risk of their suppliers, third parties and relationships, at scale.
You will act as product owner, product expert and domain specialist for one of our main supplier risk management applications, and contribute to the broader risk domain across our Business Spend Management suite. 
You will manage the embedded, actionable risk management tools that give our customers more visibility and control while transacting with their suppliers in the Coupa community. You will accelerate the integration of third-party feeds into, and deliver a streamlined experience that provides a holistic view of each supplier’s risk posture. 
You will clearly articulate the positioning of our different solutions to tie them to specific personas/problems/use cases and emphasize their synergies and complementarities. You will also drive new initiatives to better connect risk to our buyer/supplier community. 
You are an innovator with a strong bias for action. You possess a blend of business acumen and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make it a reality.
You are self-motivated, results-oriented with a can-do attitude. You are able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with developers, UX, architects, and quality engineering to define thoughtful, detailed product release requirements. You will work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them crystallize the product positioning, its business value, its key benefits, and target customer(s). You will also evangelize your product offering internally (e.g., sales) and externally (e.g., customers, partners). 
This is a challenging, but incredibly rewarding experience for an outstanding Product Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a third-party risk management product
  • Understand risk management needs and pains in the context of spend transactions
  • Contribute to and execute on a product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Work with Eng, UX ,data science to manage new features, release scope and deadline
  • Engage with customers to explain value (with PMM), drive adoption (with CVM), grow the business (with Sales)

Main Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ Product Management experience with an innovative SaaS product company
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management, supply base management
  • Experience with use case definition, backlog management and Agile methodology
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically, present business cases, and sell the product vision
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously and people
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with diverse and distributed teams
  • Highly self-motivated, hardworking, collaborative and goal-driven team player
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field. MBA preferred
  • Experience in Startups or Management/Business Consulting is a plus
