We are looking for a hardworking Product Manager to join Spotify’s User Platform team. This mission builds the Identity & Access Management platform, one of the most central platforms in the Spotify ecosystem. Being the driver to evolve our User Platform in alignment to Spotify growth. It has a massive scale, with hundreds of millions of platform consumers resulting in millions of requests per second. The team owns a set of surfaces towards end consumers, for leading their own user data. Being a central part of the Spotify offering, the team works closely with a wide range of engineering and business teams inside and outside of Spotify. 

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics, galvanising teams to follow you
  • Be on top of the needs on how to evolve the User domain to support Spotify’s growth.
  • Interest and willingness to work on both engineering and value proposition/strategy
  • Balance needs around reliability, security and scale with building new features.
  • Deeply care about and hone the developer experience of our engineers using this.
  • Deeply care about the user experience for our consumers.
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure healthy delivery – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth.
  • Ensure your team is doing the right things, while not being spread too thinly. A healthy balance of innovation, support and maintenance is key for successful teams at Spotify.
