Users are the soul of any online platform and our Growth Managers are their guardians. They havea strong grasp of the consumer’s mindset and know which buttons to push for any desiredoutcome. They are the champions of research and like to experiment, tweaking with the myriadtools at their disposal to create the best possible user journey. They have a strong hold on theconsumer’s pulse and always make data driven decisions. We are looking for Growth Hackers –who have a grasp of different marketing constructs and know the best practices in driving trafficand improving the conversion funnel.
Responsibilities Working closely with business leads to shape our offerings, customer journeys, conveyvalue proposition and drive exponential growth for the business vertical (SocialCommerce, App, Payments, Ecommerce, Travel, Financial Services, etc) Own the online growth character of a business vertical from end to end – fromincreasing traffic on the platform to improving conversion at each stage of the funnel Ideate and implement creative ideas for user acquisition, activation, retention and upsell Segment customers and tailor offerings for each segment through experimentation Monitoring user funnels and advocating for product enhancements to improve customerjourneys Come up with interventions and data driven insights to identify new growth opportunities Provide customer insight by blending data with deep understanding of user needs,habits and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies andcustomer feedback. Share insights with business and product teams to help prioritize tasks that would havethe biggest impact. Closely work with marketing teams to come up with campaigns to drive category growthand monitor communication effectiveness

Qualifications / Skills

  •  Masters in Business Administration
  •  Own the customer life cycle
  •  Strong analytical and technical skills
  •  Ability to learn things quickly and execute them at rapid pace
  •  Ability to manage cross functional relationships at Paytm – with engineering, design,
  • analytics, product management, operations and marketing
  •  Ability to conceptualize and convey value proposition, a marketing inclination
  •  Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  •  Work permit required.
