Role Description:Fanatics Tech needs you! We are looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager who wants own and manage a variety of software solutions in the Supply Chain Tech portfolio that allow us to fulfill orders, manage multiple warehouses, and ship products to our fans quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has great general product management skills, experience managing complex projects with external technology vendors and across a number of teams, a background with supply chain/fulfillment center operations at scale and exposure to modern warehouse management automation and technologies. Experience with Manhattan Associates WMS, Matthews International Control Systems, or other Tier 1 WMS solutions is a big plus. 


  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of technologies to support our supply chain and customer fulfillment technologies
  • Drive the definition of product requirements, on-going prioritization, deliverable timelines, and trade-off discussions
  • Organize, manage, and track tech releases using Agile methodologies
  • Manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams on large, complex technology implementation projects
  • Scope, schedule, manage, track, and report on large cross-functional projects
  • Build project charters and schedules based on the capacities of the supply chain tech team, dependencies on other tech team bodies of work and deliverables, dependencies on vendor work and deliverables, Ops requirements and schedules, and business initiatives and priorities
  • Manage project work and meet timelines while meeting production needs across multiple FCs
  • Manage the relationship between the Tech, Ops/Supply Chain, Traffic, and Business  teams; frequently meet with Ops leadership to review issues and new requirements; maintain alignment with product managers and engineering leaders on initiatives and priorities; communicate requirements to product owner and set priorities and expectations for Ops; frequently communicate supply chain tech active work and deliverables
  • Ideate, develop, and present ROI arguments for pursuit of product Roadmap items
  • Develop and analyze success metrics
  • Troubleshoot production issues by data mining/analysis
  • Build strong working relationships with all partners – Operations, Traffic, Customer Service, Business/Sales/Partner Solutions, and across the Tech Org


  • 3-5 years designing and delivering best-in-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies – delivering a strategy via incremental releases
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to develop strong and effective relationships with technology teams
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or supply chain and logistics
  • Track record in defining and delivering products that solve complex problems
  • Strong leadership & strategic thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and testing to uncover opportunities
  • Requires occasional travel to our other offices in (and possibly outside of) the U.S.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Trello
  • Experience with writing SQL queries
  • Experience with supply chain technologies, especially Manhattan Associates or Matthews International
  • Sense of humor (sarcasm especially), patience, and strong-willed-ness are all pluses
