AWS is excited to share that we're hiring a product leader to help build services and solutions for the digital content creation industry. We are a team of motivated and innovative builders with a mandate to deliver cloud-native content creation solutions for film, television, games, and beyond. We have significant opportunities for technological exploration in virtual production and are looking for a skilled product manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product management, program management, problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ability to work backwards and think about building products from a customer perspective is crucial.

You must be able to:
· Understand your customers and their pain points; work with your users and stakeholders to find solutions that help them enable their scenarios.
·
· Drive execution of cross-team projects from inception to launch, formulate product vision and strategy, define and prioritize road maps, and define user stories.
·
· Work closely with software development teams on defining, designing and delivering high-quality products; provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities.
·
· Engage with teams across Amazon to evangelize your team's products and build relationships.
·
· Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs vs. constraints.
·
· Clearly communicate plan and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders.

Work/Life Balance
Our team puts a high value on work-life balance. We have a mix of in-office and remote team members across multiple time zones where we treat everyone's time and schedule equally.

Mentorship & Career Growth
Our team is dedicated to supporting new team members. Our team has a broad mix of experience levels and Amazon tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship.
We care about your career growth. We try to assign projects and tasks based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded product manager and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.

Inclusive Team Culture
Our team is intentional about attracting, developing, and retaining amazing talent from diverse backgrounds. Yes we do get to build a really cool service, but we also think a big reason for that is the inclusive and welcoming culture we try to cultivate every day. We’re looking for a new teammate who is enthusiastic, empathetic, curious, motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively with a diverse team of peers; someone who will help us amplify the positive & inclusive team culture we’ve been building.
