Your Role and Responsibilities
In this exciting role, the Scrum Master / Functional Analyst functions as a member of an agile team supporting full life cycle software development for .NET-based applications for a mission-critical TSA program.
In this role, you will:
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies for the team, removing blockers and interfacing with TSA stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support the entire SW delivery lifecycle as needed to complete work in process.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Functional Analyst / Team Lead role supporting full lifecycle software developments
  • Flexibility to work as a member of an agile team to support the entire SW delivery cycle: backlog grooming, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline management
  • Security clearance: United States - MBI



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience supporting applications using .NET and the Microsoft stack a plus
