We are looking for a Lead UX Product Designer to champion the design of our product suite.  This person will be responsible for creating compelling tools and satisfying user experiences.  Through thoughtful design and comprehensive functionality the UX team focuses on ease of use and delivers seamless interaction for our users.  Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker and a doer.  They will leverage data to design the most widely used tool on the market. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create design concepts and drawings to help determine the best solution based on user needs for mobile and web applications
  • Present solution ideas and improvements to product owners and engineers for brainstorming
  • Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
  • Inform design solutions by conducting competitive analysis, reviewing analytics, interviewing users and running user tests
  • Create information architecture assets such as site maps, annotated wireframes, and user process flows when necessary
  • Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
  • Continually engage with other designers to give and solicit feedback
  • Manage UX team workload and project resourcing
  • Mentor and develop junior designer 
  • Utilize existing design patterns while also exploring improvements to the design system
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a product designer
  • Experience in user experience architecture, user research, and user testing with a strong mobile design background
  • Experience working in an agile environment with product and engineering teams
  • Experience working as a project leader as well as an individual contributor
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Online portfolio demonstrating your design process
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a huge plus
