In January 2019, Stadium Goods became part of the Farfetch family of companies, which will help guide our evolution as we usher in the next chapter of scale and growth. Product                                                                                                                                                                                         The Product Team is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the technology that drives Stadium Goods. This entails working with stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities, and taking these insights and take into consider this with the effort data to understand what features or improvements we should prioritize to maximize return on investment.
The Senior Technical Product Manager overseeing Internal Tools & Operations will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the Stadium Goods’ product roadmap and architecture.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will not only look to resolve pain points and improve process for our internal users (Consignment, Operations, and Retail teams) but also to partner with your engineering lead to help to make thoughtful, scalable decisions around the architecture itself.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and OKRs for our internal PIM, WMS, and OMS tools
  • Collaborate with your stakeholders to define and communicate the roadmap and plan rollouts
  • Get embedded in the details; meet with stakeholders, map processes, and get to know your product better than anyone
  • Be the Product Owner of your squad; you’ll be a lynchpin, and as such, you’ll facilitate day-to-day meetings like standups, sprint planning, and grooming to keep everyone aligned and on track
  • Work closely with engineering by openly sharing your vision and objectives, as well as results and insights to engage and mobilize them against your goals 
  • Capture, analyze and share insights on your product to allow us to continue to make decisions that will resolve problems and lead to growth and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Supply PMs to design solutions that delight not only internal users, but improve Consignor and Supplier experience 
  • Contribute to the vision and the technical design of the systems that drive our global, omnichannel supply chain strategy by working closely, cross-functionally with engineering leadership as we position the platform for long-term growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably Technical Product Manager
  • A strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering, through education and/or work
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Experience working in ecommerce
  • Experience managing and gathering requirements from large groups of stakeholders with competing priorities; ability to make thoughtful trade-offs among diverse set of needs and priorities
  • Have strong project management experience, as you’ll be working with a distributed team of engineers across US, Argentina, Russia, and India
