We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Business Operations Platform Product Design team. We want a creative thinker and technical problem solver who’s excited about designing new platform tools that solve unique business needs. You might be designing tools for boutiques to process new orders, control the prices of products, or configure global supply chain logistics.

What You´ll Do

  • You’ll advocate for your users and champion user-centred design to deliver intuitive, innovative and delightful user experiences. You'll take ownership of new or existing products across our B2B offering and evolve the quality of our interfaces through iteration and testing. You’ll work fast across the end-to-end design process, taking an evidence-based approach where learning constantly shapes your design.
  • You’ll work collaboratively with the design team to drive consistency and excellence across products, and you’ll contribute to our design system to shape the overall platform experience.
  • You’ll take ownership of research and disovery activities, either to inform a proposition or evaluate a potential solution. You'll pair with UX Research specialists to dive deeper into more complex problem spaces.
  • You’ll explore multiple design routes and interactions, and converge on the best possible solution through continual refinement and feedback from our users. You effortlessly balance your sensibilities across visual design, usability and accessibility. You'll show autonomy of your project plan, and demonstrate comfortability across the end to end design process.
  • You’ll work in agile processes in a multidisciplinary team with other product designers, user researchers, product managers and engineers.
  • You’ll bring inspiring ideas to motivate an energetic and collaborative team.

  • You’re a team player and you recognise the value of collaboration. You’re able and willing to travel to other Farfetch offices. We’re a global team with centres in London, Lisbon and Porto.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Business Operations Platform Product Design team and help us design complex systems in an ever-changing environment.
