Required

The ideal candidate has:

• Enthusiasm to deliver ground-breaking software and innovation to the banking industry
• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Experience defining and writing detailed stories for complex, highly scalable web applications
• Financial services industry expertise in account opening and onboarding, CRM or adjacencies
• Strong user experience/design sense with a record of building great products
• Current knowledge of AI/ML and how to apply them to production-ready enterprise solutions
• Strong communication skills to partner with internal teams and external clients
• Creative thinking to seek out elegant and simple ways of solving user and buyer needs
• Experience working with executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations

Primary responsibilities:

• Envision and collaborate to define product direction and roadmaps
• Write detailed stories, use cases and requirements that enable rapid development of quality features
• Lead product delivery for your components using an agile methodology
• Research long-term industry trends, immediate customer needs and competitive offerings
• Articulate the key product messages including value and benefits with marketing partners
• Develop product demos for training and go-to-market purposes
• Document and train internal and external constituents on what the product does and how
• Engage with prospects in key sales situations including business and technical audiences
• Initiate and drive customer feedback and requirements sessions

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, other Engineering, Business or related field

Experience making priority decisions about where to allocate development resources

Ability to specify product use cases and requirements for immediate and potential future use

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to demo software products in a compelling way

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation

Experience building and deploying cloud software
