Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.
Are you an experienced, hardworking Mobile Product Manager interested in ensuring that mobile users enjoy an unparalleled experience that helps them get stuff done regardless where they are? If so, we have an outstanding opportunity for you to have a huge impact on Atlassian’s most used mobile apps.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Collaborate with other product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure suitable feature and user experience alignment between our web and mobile apps.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to develop and execute on a mobile-specific product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features and requirements.
  • Closely follow industry standards the latest mobile OS capabilities, and the collaborative work management market to appropriately prioritize new mobile features.
  • Attend to user feedback, making sure that issues are resolved regularly as part of our product roadmap.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Mobile Product Manager experience, specifically on a large-scale, multi-platform app with many stakeholders.
  • A deep knowledge of UI conventions on mobile platforms.
  • The drive and follow-through required to accomplish complex goals. You love nothing more than taking an idea, making a plan, and executing.
  • A proven solid understanding of our product, and what differentiates it from other products.
  • The ability to prioritize. Presented with competing imperatives and a mountain of data, you can identify and coordinate clear, concise actions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across disciplines including but not limited to design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and users.
At Trello, we cultivate and value people who practice empathy and active listening. We care for each other and for our users. More than just hearing each other, we truly concentrate on each other’s and our applicants’ signals. We consider active listening fundamental to strong communication. We also believe in the power of autonomy. We trust each other to take the lead on a variety of projects and ideas. We count on active contributions from everyone on our team in order to improve ourselves and our work.
