About the Role
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be an essential member of the talented Marketing team. Here, you’ll strategize performance-based marketing and advertising initiatives that will increase brand awareness, promote product campaigns/services, and to drive prospects to conversions.
In this role, you’ll get to collaborate closely with several stakeholders within the company - from creative, media, growth and partnership functions. With these stakeholders, you’ll design and strategize Financial Services Campaigns for the company, including but not limited to segmentation, channel selection, creative deliverables, and campaign timelines. You’ll oversee all things related to campaigns in this domain: managing their prioritizations, drafting their details, launching them, analyzing their results, and providing insights from each one.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Brandcomm team in the marketing chapter to drive top funnel awareness
  • Research and understand the proper content channels and budget spend to increase brand, product, and service awareness
  • Become a squad leader for Paylater; lead a cross-functional team to achieve the objectives and key results
  • Plan & manage a variety of performance marketing campaigns across a range of digital channel (e.g. CRM / in apps, social media, display ads, mobile ads) to ensure the quality of delivery & performance on a regular basis; Produce detailed brief, analysis and reports of campaigns
  • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance to make sure all the investment is effective and efficient
  • Work with our analytics team to lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs
  • Collaborate with creative team to draft engaging copy and make key visual suggestions for the campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional team in order to efficiently execute all digital marketing strategies

What You Will Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Information System, Mathematics, Business, Management, Marketing, or related departments
  • At least 5 years of working experience in E-commerce, Fintech, mobile internet or related industry
  • Proficiency in Facebook Advertising, Google Adwords, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Google suite, and MS Excel is a plus point
  • Data oriented with strong analytical skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to do data tracking, data analytics, and data insights to create comprehensive reports
  • Strong time management skills, prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, self-driven, willing to learn, and loves challenges

Our Gojek Financial Services Platform Marketing team consists of 15+ people who are experts within the product marketing, branding, and creative fields. As Nasi Goreng is to the people of Indonesia, we are to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out. Our main responsibility is to drive the business & brand awareness with the customer in central view. How does one achieve this, you may ask? By taking the time to understand and analyze our customers and their preferences, knowing our market, and relying on numbers. For instance, we focus our efforts on specific user segments and craft the best product and communication strategies that are catered to each segment. Overall, what drives our team is our shared sense putting our customers first, and providing financial inclusion for all Indonesians. We are working on several projects now, including one regarding Paylater - a platform that provides credit to people who previously never had any.  
As a team, we’ve been trying hard to share our favorite ways of keeping things relaxing and fun at home, since this is where we’ve been working from since last year! From easy recipes, fun games, workout videos to glorious travel destinations (to visit when it’s safe to do so!) - we share it all.
