Pacmed strives to make healthcare a continuous learning network, where all patients receive care adjusted to their personal needs and where carers learn from all decisions made within healthcare. Pacmed aims to achieve this by building and implementing decision support software based on machine learning. Our software supports intensive care doctors in their most important decisions, starting with safely and adequately discharging patients from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Pacmed is working towards it’s first launched product: Pacmed Critical. Pacmed Critical is a decision support software suite that supports ICU doctors in their most important decisions, such as ICU discharge. Other potential applications include early detection of complications, extubation timing and capacity management.

We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience to not only successfully launch this new product, but also to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. The new Product Manager will need to understand Pacmed’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as trusted and leading in the AI in the healthcare space. Given that Pacmed is a fast growing scale-up, it’s critical that the new PM is comfortable with a start-up/scale-up work culture and environment.
