Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.

Atlassian’s IT Solutions focus on crafting a unified and modern IT solutions portfolio spanning IT service management (ITSM), operations management (ITOPs/ITOM), business management (ITBM), enterprise service management (ESM), SmartOps, and more.
Come join the ITOPs Automation team as a Senior Product Manager, who will focus on building robust Automation and Action Orchestration capabilities usable across IT products and partner ecosystems. This role requires collaborating across multiple teams to help define a cohesive strategy, roadmap and then help drive execution. This area is fundamental to growing the adoption of IT solution portfolios and helping various enterprises scale their operations. Further, work in this area which has the potential for redefining traditional IT workflows by carefully integrating Smart features in the future.
More about youOn your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 6+ years of relevant experience using data to build products at industry-leading tech companies- You have a deep understanding of the domain, associated needs, available technology and how others in the industry are solving similar problems--allowing you to look ahead, beyond where our internal users may even imagine- Understanding of Automation frameworks, action chaining, and tools- Has worked in large scale highly collaborative companies- A history/experience working with one or more of the following Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, vCenter (or similar)- Solid understanding of enterprise IT org structures, buying/refresh/adoption cycles
It's excellent, if you have:- A strong passion for building simple, scalable technology- A minimum of 3 years direct experience in ITOPs, ITSM or DevOps or related domain- Strong product sense and ability to communicate across partners- Computer Science or technical degree or few years in engineer roles in the past
