Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.

No team knows the impact of digital transformation initiatives more than enterprise IT and Atlassian has taken a major strategic bet in helping enterprise IT teams transform. Atlassian’s IT Solutions focus on crafting a unified and modern IT solutions portfolio spanning IT service management (ITSM), operations management (ITOPs/ITOM), business management (ITBM), enterprise service management (ESM), SmartOps, and more.
This is a Principal Product manager, which will focus on building/improving ITOPs capabilities for Atlassian’s IT solutions. In this role you’ll be pivotal in unifying and defining multiple ITOPs capabilities (incident management, analytics/reporting, mobile apps and more) across ITSM and DevOps markets. This is a very strategic role requiring you to directly drive complex areas and helping a small PM team to drive specific features. This highly transparent role will require you to independently build strategy and roadmap for above areas, influence/align multiple teams and communicate optimally both internally and externally. In this role, you will help leadership in long range planning and org development.

More about youOn your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 10-12 years of PM experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services and/or platforms- Have lead or guided PMs and engineers in building complex products or platform (large TAM)- Have deep understanding of cloud tech, IT and Dev environments- Have written multiple vision/strategy documents and internal/external technology talks- Has worked in large scale highly collaborative companies across timezones- Experienced understanding of enterprise IT org structures, buying/refresh/adoption cycles- Experience working directly with customers in collaboration with sales/systems engineering teams for large deployments or deals.
It's excellent, if you have:- A strong passion for building simple, scalable technology- 3 years of experience in ITSM, ITOPs, DevOps or related product management- 2 years helping build a scalable tech platform (any domain/product)Experience developing or leading a technology partner ecosystem in some capacity- Computer Science or technical degree or few years in engineer roles in the past
