Job DescriptionHyperscience is looking for a Senior Director Growth Marketing with 10+ years of experience of driving growth, implementing and administering martech, building campaign reports and dashboards with a strong analytical background to help with effective design making.  The ideal candidate will come from a strong marketing operations background, with extensive experience in martech, reporting and analytics. 
Reporting into the VP Marketing, you will be a trusted resource for the marketing organization.  You will closely collaborate to ensure that our reporting is accurate and we are focused on the right metrics to measure marketing impact.  The candidate will focus on the full funnel metrics and be curious on outcomes to improve conversions.  You will work closely with the Digital, Content and Demand Marketing in their campaigns, where you’ll track the flow of marketing data through systems to make sure things are working as designed.  You will be savvy on how technology can help marketing deliver better results.  Critically, you will also be a strong partner to the sales operations team so sales and marketing are a strong partnership aligned around pipeline and revenue goals. 
You will combine your analytical experience, which would include Marketo and knowledge of B2B lead management flows to better enable our marketing execution efforts to be more efficient, measure results more effectively, and improve processes. You are also capable of getting your hands dirty. 
You will be managing a Senior Manager of Marketing Automation who owns the administration of our marketing automation platform and related tools, supports integrated campaign execution. You will continue building the Marketing Operations team as Hyperscience continues to grow and expand on new international markets.
This is a full-time position located at Hyperscience in London or US East coast.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and CX ops to ensure full end to end lead management
  • Manage and optimize the full lead journey including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales
  • Partner with Sales Operations in creating and executing the strategic vision for data architecture, scalable programs and processes as well as reporting for marketing attribution and ROI
  • Continuously strive for improvement, such as conducting A/B tests and experiments that lead to better performance
  • Own board and company-wide reporting on key metrics.  Create and maintain global live dashboards to provide insights into pipeline metrics, marketing campaigns, and business impact
  • Understand key metrics for digital marketing 
  • Competent and confident in interpreting data to influence decision making
  • Oversee and ensure proper integrations and maintenance between all marketing technology (Marketo, Bizible, data providers, ad tech etc.)
  • Evaluate and implement additional systems and tools to optimize the Go-To-Market functions
  • Own martech infrastructure and be responsible for identifying synergies between the needs of the various marketing team stakeholders and the rest of the company, so we can evaluate, purchase, and implement tech that ties into our overall infrastructure and fills needs for the team
  • Evaluating the long term scalability of our marketing tech, data, and infrastructure is an integral part of this role 
  • Monitor and measure the success of campaigns and programs, evaluate results against organizational goals 
  • Evolve our campaign operations; by optimizing and iterating
  • Experience of implementing new technology and being up to date on trends so we can build a data-driven, digital first marketing organisation
  • Track record of willing to try new experiments; small scale to test and then rollo out wider,  because you believe we can always do better

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in marketing or sales operations
  • Experience with salesforce.com, specifically with reporting and campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketo and Bizible 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing reporting and data manipulation and analysis
  • Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellence in written communications, project management, and time management
  • Ability to get things done, quickly and effectively
