We are looking for a Service Designer to help us rethink our website experience for B2B and B2C audiences. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge and experience working in healthcare, and will be passionate about helping to build a revamped website that will show the best of Babylon to potential customers. This will involve understanding our customers, the Babylon brand and our goals for the new website. This project represents a unique opportunity for an individual to have a big impact on the website of one of the world’s fastest growing startups.

You'll spend time on the following

  • Conduct an audit our US website 
  • Understand our key audiences (both B2C and B2B), conducting customer research as needed
  • Use existing research and interview key stakeholders in the business
  • Understand the commercial requirements
  • Looking for opportunities to promote and connect our healthcare services on the website as a lead generation tool for B2B and B2C users 
  • Create a customer journey map for the key audiences on Miro (or similar)
  • Communicate the customer journeys to key stakeholders in the business
  • Be part of a scrum team with visual designers, content designers and engineers to communicate the journey during the early implementation
  • Review Figma mockups from visual design

We're excited about you if you have:

  • Great experience designing multichannel customer journeys
  • Previous experience supporting website redesigns
  • Experience in user research
  • Clear ability to communicate with stakeholders, including storytelling expertise 
  • A knowledge of healthcare provision, particularly Value Based Care (VBC)
  • Knowledge of Miro and Figma
