GoSite is rapidly expanding our Marketing team and excited to be in search of a Digital Marketing Manager, prepared to take ownership of a highly impactful organization focus. This leader will own the continuous development, implementation, testing and deployment of  our digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and diverse outcome strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager at GoSite will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. 

This candidate will have experience managing budget and advertising spend with a critical focus on optimization and efficiency. The Digital Marketing Manager will be highly versed in the SMB market and deeply understand our customers.  This role will collaborate and work closely with marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, and partners to launch strategic campaigns within the SMB market. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Key Requirements: 

  • BA or BS degree, within the fields of marketing or related field
  • 6-8+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience in overseeing $1M-$5M+ ad spend budgets
  • Superior skills in driving organization-wide initiatives through ROI driven growth and marketing efforts across multiple channels and verticals 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • In-depth familiarity with Hubspot (preferred), Marketo, Pardot or other leading marketing automation software.
  • Experience with Facebook paid ads and managing high-performance lead generation acquisition funnels
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Adroll, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, etc.) and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and with teams of any reporting level within an organization
