A team of over 600 people from Vinted’s offices in Vilnius, Berlin, Prague, and Utrecht develop and support our platform. We share a unique work culture that’s based on aiming high, taking ownership, co-creating, caring, and growth.
The newly created Categories domain aims to make Vinted the best destination for second-hand in Women’s and Men’s fashion, Kid’s, Home & Deco categories across Vinted’s international markets.
Our focus on end-user experience and delivering outstanding value across the entire customer journey in Vinted’s categories means you can expect Categories domain pipeline to include a broad variety of projects - from innovating on service offering and product vision to extending supply range, addressing seller retention, improving discoverability, pricing.

In this position, you’ll:
Shape Vinted’s category strategy: 
• Working with the Product Director, other Product Managers and stakeholder across other domains to deliver and iterate on category strategy, evolve the playbooks and processes we use to get the job done• Getting to know our customers, identify product gaps and market opportunities• Advocating for high-priority projects on behalf of the customer
Set the direction for your team:
• Owning the team's roadmap and prioritising the workload using strategy, OKRs, internal and external data to inform your decisions• Tackling ambitious product problems, conducting rigorous product discovery and scoping the solution with meaningful requirements and clear trade-off analysis• Setting success criteria, identifying and tracking metrics for product usage
Drive your team's day-to-day delivery:
• Managing your team’s backlog, constantly iterating on scope, working with the team to plan, execute sprints and drive post-mortems• Working with the team to iterate on A/B testing learnings and the process itself, ensuring crisp, data-driven insight that is highly actionable (“so what?”)• Promoting the principle of continuous and measurable improvement
Ensure alignment with the broader Vinted team:
• Regularly align with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Finance and other product domains to gather requirements, assess impact on internal roadmaps, broader prioritisation and resource allocation

About you:
• 4-5 years experience in a product management role• Good understanding of Agile Software Development best practices• Process-oriented, passionate about empowering teams to do their best work• Extensive track record of managing all stages of product development lifecycle• Experience working with cross-functional teams and non-technology stakeholders (marketing, finance) to deliver complex projects• Demonstrably data-driven with high numerical literacy• Able to deal with ambiguity, breaking down complex, multi-sided product problems to deliver simple solutions and enable team to release value early• A clear communicator, both in written and spoken form, able to structure ideas, communicate trade-offs, set frameworks for the team• Strong growth mindset, passionate about learning• Bonus points: Experience within consumer-facing marketplaces / classifieds businesses
