We are looking for a strategic and innovative product leader to lead our Consumer Trust product portfolio. Our customers range from individual developers to large enterprises that are well known brand names and they collectively interact with millions of consumers globally. The Director of Product Management - Consumer Trust will define the company-wide vision and strategy for our risk platform, products and services, helping Twilio ensure trusted communications with our customers and consumers globally. This is a highly visible role, interacting frequently with teams throughout the organization as well as external parties including industry associations and regulators.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a Product Manager who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of defining vision and advocating on behalf of customers.

  • 5+ years experience as a product manager in a face paced environment
  • Looking for a data enthusiast - someone who isn't afraid to jump into large datasets to help define success criteria and identify feature gaps
  • Previous experience working within order to cash a requirement
  • Strategic problem solver who excels at defining the product roadmap and specing out new features/product enhancements
  • Someone who thrives working through the hustle n bustle of day to day operations never losing sight of the long term vision
  • Great communicator who can find common ground across different types of partners
  • Has the technical ability to understand software and recognize areas of product integration, discuss product roadmaps, and engage with product managers
  • Bonus: Technically savvy and experience with APIs, communications, enterprise software a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • WRITE IT DOWN: You can effectively communicate complex concepts, compliance requirements and voice customer needs through product requirements documentation, internal support docs and customer facing FAQs.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: 120,832 USD - 151,040 USD

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: 105,728 USD - 132,160USD

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
