Want to build a scalable cross-border marketing engine? Interested in helping global sellers sell on Amazon sites by providing fast and trusted disbursement experiences? We are looking for talent with a blend of B2B Marketing and Product Management experience to grow the Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS) business. ACCS is part of Amazon Payment Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve customers' payment experience on Amazon.

As an ACCS Product Marketing Manager, you will identify customer segments, learn their unique needs and develop marketing channels to reach them and drive product adoption and usage. You will conceptualize, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns with an eye for building scalable solutions. Learning from this experience, you will define business requirements for the marketing capabilities we need to build.

The ideal candidate is data driven, detail-oriented, organized and professional. You can handle multiple projects at once and can work through ambiguity. In this role, you would work closely with Product Managers, the ACCS General Manager, our Sales teams and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Conduct market segmentations of our Amazon cross-border Seller customer base
· Conduct research to understand why Sellers use different disbursement solutions and develop strategies to increase acquisition and retention for ACCS
· Design and execute proof of concept tests to learn what works for acquisition and retention
· Based on your learning, define requirements for automated marketing with a feedback loop to learn what works
· Drive web site improvements to completion by coordinating with our ACCS Sales teams in Seattle and China, project managers, web developers, product managers, designers, and other marketers
The successful candidate has demonstrated:
· Project management of large initiatives
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
· Superior verbal and written communications skills.
· Planned, developed, and executed compelling offers, e-mails and marketing/merchandising campaigns, with a focus on marketing automation

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
· 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
· 2-4 years of experience with a varied set of software and editing tools including basic to intermediate Excel and marketing automation software
· Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
· Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams
· Willingness and ability to learn Amazon's internal tools for targeting, placing content and enabling Sellers

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience and understanding of B2B marketing strategies for acquisition and engagement
· Familiarity with digital, retail or payment product marketing
· Proven experience analyzing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
· Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
